The Center for Cranial Base Surgery utilizes the skills of highly specialized surgeons in the removal of extensive tumors of the head, neck and brain. This multidisciplinary approach allows the safe and complete removal of skull base tumors and lesions that might otherwise have been considered inoperable.
We strive to coordinate diagnosis, surgery techniques and other therapies in order to achieve the best possible outcome for your condition. These options may include state-of-the-art neuroradiology, intra-operative microscopic and laser techniques, including endoscopic skull base surgery and use of a fully equipped speech and swallowing laboratory.
We seek involvement from your referring physician to plan your treatment and follow-up care. Once you have completed treatment and rehabilitation, we aim to return you to the care of your referring physician.
